All rooms on the property have air conditioning (except Oshun).
There are fans in every room and 24-hour electricity that will keep you cool
day and night. Also, the breeze of the ocean refreshes the oceanfront
rooms.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and in the restaurant.
What are the workshops planned?
A full overview of the Yoga, Healing, Adventure & Fun Retreat will be shared a few months before the retreat begins.
This is to help you step into the retreat with clarity, confidence, and excitement, knowing exactly what to expect and how to make the most of this transformative journey.

Cece Thomas is a yoga instructor, retreat leader, and facilitator dedicated to creating welcoming spaces where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Her teaching weaves rhythm, alignment, strength, and softness, inviting others to ground into the present and rediscover joy in life’s simple moments. Cece holds space for authentic connection and transformation, guiding retreats that nurture the body, calm the mind, and open the heart.
